A COMFORTABLE, QUIET and PREMIUM ROW
You will enjoy a comfortable, quiet, and premium standard row whilst using the RW700. NordicTrack has made a lot of effort to improve the machine’s functionality and the overall level of comfort for users, whether they are on or off the machine.

Exercises are made simple by the auto-adjust resistance system. With the 26 levels of resistance now available, each activity has the exact resistance it demonstrates on screen. Without any friction on the flywheel, the magnetic resistance is produced, and it is combined with a revolutionary sliding system to ensure smoothness and quietness throughout each session.

Both the seat and SoftTouch™ Handle boast an ergonomic design, accompanied by the oversized pivoting pedals and their adjustable foot straps. These designs help provide support throughout the workout and reduce tension within the ankles and feet.

SPACESAVER DESIGN
When not in use, the RW700 can be folded up and moved to another location. Many rowers have a large footprint and need a dedicated space to function to their maximum potential. However, this rower features transport wheels installed on the front, making it quick and easy to relocate to any location in your house.
