Smith Machine

The 325 kg capacity Smith machine component is designed around the natural movement of your body and creates a comfortable and safe workout. Rerack The Smith machine bar into any of the 14 height positions after you have finished lifting.

The light commercial quad bearing roller system ensures and ultra smooth movement along the guide rods and ensures longevity making the Monster G3 ideal for personal training environments as well as serious home gyms.

Add the optional leg press attachment to the Smith machine for an exciting and different set of leg exercises such as leg press and calf press.

Functional Trainer with 2:1 Ratio

The 2:1 Cable Ratio Functional Trainer allows you to perform 100s of different exercises. Features 21 adjustable height positions.

Twin independent pulley systems With a loading capacity of 110kg (each side) means that you can train with one person on each side.

Mimic dumbbell and barbell movements with the different accessory handles including a double ended functional handle, tricep rope, lat pulldown bar, adjustable nylon “D” handles and short bicep tricep pushdown bar.

6.2mm nylon coated aircraft quality cables are tested to 2,000lb.

Squat Rack Power Rack

A power rack should be a central part of your home gym training and the Force USA G3 gives you a power rack, with front safeties, J-Hooks and a comfortable 300kgs capacity.

The Westside barbell spacing provides 50 J Hook and Front safety height positions to cater for all user heights. The Westside spacing consists of 10 wider and 40 narrower spacing which allows for greater height increments with upper body exercises.

Multi Grip Chin and Pull Up Bar

The Force USA G3 All-In-One Trainer includes an ergonomic multi-grip chin up / Pull Up station with 350 kgs use weight. This ergonomic design allows you to perform pull ups, chin ups, wide grip pull ups, reverse grip pull ups.

Core Trainer / Landmine Attachment

Free landmine core trainer attachment allows you to incorporate functional torso and rotational training into your workout. Perform many different exercise variations. Please note that you will need to supply or purchase an Olympic Barbell to use the core trainer and this is NOT included in the package.

T- Bar Rowing

The Free Included T Bar handle fits onto the core trainer and provides one of the most popular basic foundation exercises in the gym. The barbell is NOT included in the package!
