Functional Trainer with 2:1 Ratio

Using the same single shuttle system as the Force USA G9, the G1 offers both 1:1 and 2:1 cable ratios. When using both cables such as with cable crossovers the ratio is 1:1 and with a single arm movement such as single arm rowing there is a 2:1 cable ratio. Great for rehab and low weight movements.

22 adjustment points for as many cable angles as you will ever need. The weight shuttle has a capacity of 150kgs in total (75kg each side).

Squat Rack Power Rack

A power rack should be a central part of your home gym training and the Force USA G1 gives you a power rack, with front safeties, J-Hooks and a comfortable 250kgs capacity.

46 different Westside barbell height positions for the barbell protective nylon coated J-Hooks and Front safeties means that you can set this rack up for nearly every different height configuration for different users and exercises.

Multi Grip Chin and Pull Up Bar

The FORCE USA G1 Multi Functional Trainer includes an ergonomic multi-grip chin up / Pull Up station with 250 kgs use weight. This ergonomic design allows you to perform pull ups, chin ups, wide grip pull ups, reverse grip pull ups.
