A power squat rack is a type of strength equipment designed to safely support weight when you perform the likes of squats or bench press exercises. Its primary purpose is to help you progress strength exercises safely using the safety bars at the side of the rack wether squatting or bench pressing. It means that you can lift weights that, without the power squat rack, you wouldn't be able to do on your own due to the safety bars at each side.
There is also a chin up option by using the bar that runs along the front of the rack at the top. This can be performed with a narrow or wide grip while doing this type of exercise which helps build a strong and wide upper back which will help in any sport.

The strength package is very versatile as with all the items it covers so many exercises for your back,  arms , legs and chest. It also is a great space saver if your putting into your home or garage.
