If goods have been dispatched, we also offer customers the opportunity to return goods beyond 14 days but no later than 60 days of receipt of your goods.

No cancellation of the order will be accepted after 30 days from delivery of goods.

  • The current delivery timescale is up to 10 working days from date of your order. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery in the event of future government actions being taken.
  • You will receive an update once your order has been dispatched With the couriers details.
  • Before the order leaves the warehouse we are unable to confirm a delivery date but you can speak to the courier to find out a likely time.

Please also note that our phone line, mobile, emails and live chat services are exceptionally busy at this time. If you have contacted us and not yet had a response please bear with us and we will be in contact in due course.

All other non-order delivery update related emails will be responded to, but we have a considerable backlog.
