What is a multi hip machine used for?

The Kinta Multi Hip Machine is the ultimate tool for isolating your lower body. With a simple change in position, the user can target the hip flexors and extensors, as well as the adductor and abductor muscles. The fixed position allows for progressive overload without the risk of injury.

This movement targets all the small muscles involved in hip abduction –the tensor fasciae latae as well as three more glute muscles that are, gluteus medius, minimus and maximus.
